The actual delivery was a nightmare, the delivery company left the box on the sidewalk, never knew it was delivered until I got a text. Overall....awesome! A few minor complaints but nothing worth taking off a star. The leather feels great, the gold stitching looks crisp on the blue which just happened to match what I had repainted my theater in, so it worked out perfect. All the power recliners go very far back and the head angle adjustment is a nice touch of added comfort. The included side tables are pretty sturdy and eliminate the need for a coffee table in most cases. I am 6'2" 210lbs and these do not feel small or limiting in any way. Only complaints were I could not figure out the connections for the love seat so I did not bother using them...so far they have been heavy enough where this has not been an issue. All of the lighting stuff is cool looking while the chair is in the down position, but once you recline it, it throws whatever color you have selected up towards the tv which is distracting, (but I'm someone who likes a dark theater). Really happy with these chairs. The backs provide firm support, the adjustable feet and head rests are comfortable, the saved positions add nice convenience, and the stitching gives a sleek stylish look. The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders.. Had them for three days now and they are working pretty well. Look and feel fancy and at an affordable price. Giving four starts instead of five because I ordered a row of 4 seats and received only one connector, and now I have to go through a pretty long process with the Chinese manufacturer to get the rest of the connectors..
