Dinnerware is as pictured. The color is as advertised and set came well packaged with no issues. Two items had slight imperfections, but were replaced quickly. My only disappointment was that the bottoms were a bit rough and it was noted that they may scratch other plates when stacked. I bought the set as it said it was anti scratch. I took the time to wet sand the bottom of each item so it would be smooth and less likely to scratch other dishes or countertops. The plates and bowls are large and the glaze makes them easy to clean. Overall a very nice set, but consider the possible roughness of the bottoms. The black color of these bowls is so pretty. Very shiny and saturated with color. I wish the entire set was this black color, because the other side has an olive green design which I like, but it looks cheap. Instead of looking like a true ceramic glaze color pattern, it looks like a print of one. Some of the bowls have these silver spots on them and the patterns are not uniform. Shipping was very fast. I was hesitant in ordering plates online but these came very well packaged and they are simply beautiful.
