Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. It’s kinda hard to review a toilet. I mean I can only say so much without being uncouth. Per my husband the toilet was well packaged and easy to unpack. The instructions for installation was simple but installing a toilet is easy. It is several inches wider than our regular toilet so it was a tight fit but not too much work. Like this unit very much. It is a clean design, and simple to operate. Only takes one hole in wall for complete functionality. Operation is smooth and precise. While actual installation is easy, the instructions on how to do it, and adjustment are poor. It is somewhat different fro other similar controllers but the instructions are generic and give no specific instructions for this model. In fact the instructions don't even list this unit as part of the series. As such you have to figure out a lot of it by inference and trial & error. Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. If you have not installed a toilet I wouldn’t recommend that this be the first one that you try overall love the quality love the luck really glad that I got it and I would highly recommend it to others.
