The dark purple is a great color - file cabinets are fine for the price point. One of the two I ordered has a sizable dent on one corner. It it was to be in a corner or not viewable from two sides, I would be ok with it. However, it is being used to support wood for a desk in a brand new church office and plain to see. These dressers look great! Like the contemporary look and metal bottom supports. I purchased them for inside of a walk-in closet, as they were a perfect fit and provided some drawer and cabinet space. The only down side, the drawers could hold more if they raised the side panels.
