What a nice door and to think the customer support man helped me find it! All I can say is that it arrived quickly and is the perfect replacement for my old basement door which was letting the draft in during this past cold weather and it really was freezing here in Oklahoma! Very pleased. Arrived in good condition, but had to glue one of the joints. No big deal. Had to move the railing from which the doors are hung to allow room for the pivot hardware. It arrived in good shape. No damage to package. The jamb was straight forward to assemble. We knew that the door would require mortising for the hinges so did not have a problem with it.
