I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. Sometimes I needed both and other times it was pretty obvious what went where. It was relatively easy to assemble and took about 25 minutes alone. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. This is a great chair! It was easy to put together and came with very large and clear instructions. The chair is covered in a microfiber fabric and is very comfortable. The lumbar pillow is a great addition and adds some back support for long hours of studying or playing video games. Unfortunately the headrest hits my son in a weird spot because he is so tall. Received my desk over the past weekend. It was easy and sturdy to put together, they did include a mini hand screwdriver (but I used a drill to make things quicker). Lights work great with the remote. However, I will note that the app is either outdated or does not work. So if you are looking to play music or have specific colors flashing/a specific color gradient then you can’t do that. I don’t need it nor do I mind not having it, but it does disappoint me to know part of the price of the desk was for that feature. Haven’t reached out to pursue partial refund, but that’s ok!.
