This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I've only been using it for a week but it seems to work well. Its a little loud when in use but not too bad. The biggest negative is that the top and sides get dangerously hot when its being used.
