This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. I would give these doors 5 stars for the thickness of glass and quality but because the instructions left a lot to desire and difficult to assemble correctly causing friction between the two doors and hard to roll. It worked since I have non-standard shower sizes and making it custom is time consuming and more expensive. Looks nice and good quality! My only concern is the sturdiness of the entire unit cause there is a little wobble on the fixed panels everything the door is closed or opened with a slight force! After initial installation opted for a custom top bracket to connect the two glass pieces attached to the walls, and add extra support to the glass, which technically it does not need. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
