I have used it for a few games and didn’t do as well as my 219.00 one which has a rubber looking tip and a hole to screw in an extender, there are complaints with the extender in due to there not being enough space needed for one of the ping-pong tables. It’s a bit cramped need for more space at ping-pong tables 1. My 219.00 one has a fiberglass narrow end toward the tip. I would have a better result if I just fatten the tip a bit. This will be one of the hidden splurges that I will always be grateful we went for. Lets face it ordering a steam generator is the most boring part of any shower renovation. So here are the highlights: This unit is fast , quiet, and has quite a few whistles if you will. Area on steam head for essential oils and a wonderful chromatherapy light, two control panels (inside and outside) and the auto drain. I purchase the in line filter too ( florida has hard water) . In all extremely pleased. Only reason it did not get a 5 star rating. Looking for a black matte finish on the steam heads and controllers, not available and the oil rubbed bronze look on these is just okay. MrSteam Remote temperature probe used to accurately read the temperature inside the steam room and send it to the controller.

You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
