This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Sat Jan 27 2024
