Absolutely terrible support! Fully charged battery lasts less than 5 minutes on first day of use. Used voltmeter after fully charging to verify battery was failed. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
