Comforter was exact color match to website. Love the design. Could be thicker it is on the thinner side but ok. As others mentioned the comforter could be wider to hang lower but I have a very tall mattress so as long as the skirt I bought hides the mattress I am fine with that. Didn’t want to send it back to try the larger queen option. The shams are great. The sheets were too thin, I ended up buying a separate set of sheets locally that were 100% cotton and use those instead of the sheets that came with it. I previously bought the queen size quilt and pillow covers/shams. Except the pillow covers are not queen size - they are for regular size pillows, so they come up a bit too short for my queen size bed. So I bought these to put underneath the regular size pillow shams, and I love the drape! The color (storm blue) is beautiful (its like a blue-teal) and they are quite soft.
