Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 liters of rejuvenating beans. The number of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while giant chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our refill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo).
