Also, Being unfamiliar with the drawer design directly under the sink, we were concerned with setting up plumbing. A call to customer service resulted in information being e mailed as promised. However, sadly not useful. We were able to locate two small levers which detached the draw and are now confident that if there are any future problems we can easily access plumbing.
