I really wanted to give this door a 5-star review because it truly is beautiful. It’s well made, solid, heavy, and looks far more expensive than it is. It adds such a clean, modern touch to my home. Unfortunately, the packaging for shipping needs improvement. I’ve ordered multiple doors from this brand through Wayfair — both with and without the bore hole pre-cut — and nearly all of them, including this one, arrived with some type of chip, crack, or minor damage. So far, only two have arrived completely damage-free. That said, the door itself is high quality and looks fantastic once installed. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools.
