I really wanted to give this door a 5-star review because it truly is beautiful. It’s well made, solid, heavy, and looks far more expensive than it is. It adds such a clean, modern touch to my home. Unfortunately, the packaging for shipping needs improvement. I’ve ordered multiple doors from this brand through Wayfair — both with and without the bore hole pre-cut — and nearly all of them, including this one, arrived with some type of chip, crack, or minor damage. So far, only two have arrived completely damage-free. That said, the door itself is high quality and looks fantastic once installed. Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR. The doors were extremely well packaged is such a way as to NOT add a lot of bulk but to protect the doors from the normal shipping damage that can occur. Wood blocking all around to protect edges, extra pad on corners, two layers of foam in front and back (already removed in the picture). High quality doors (as expected).
