I was searching for a stool with backrest that was also lightweight and to my surprise it was quite hard to find. Stumbled upon this one and decided to take a chance and purchase. Customer service was really quick to respond, able to work out a solution within minutes and my replacement came in within two days. Would definitely purchase again if needed in the future.
