I purchased this item to replace my old one that went out on me though it was difficult to install it but I was wrong it was very simple and I did it myself instead of paying 250 dollars for a plumber to come out to install it once I installed it I was very impressed with the quality and the preference of it. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor. We bought this in black to match our faucet. It's incredibly heavy, which is good because it gives it a solid feel. The mounting pipe is metal which is nice, because these are often plastic and don't hold as well over time. I do wish that the logo on the top wasn't as prominent, but because it matches the sink (Blanco) it's not so bad. Overall a great dispenser. Update a year or so in. At first we used a thicker dish soap (maybe Dawn?) and it clogged all the time so we switched to a thinner one (Meyers) and that worked much better. But now the soap tends to leak out from under the pump head onto the counter like other people have noted.
