This is a beautiful medicine cabinet. We surface mounted it and it has black sides which go very nicely with our black fixtures. It is modern, sleek and very nice quality. It seems to be stable with quality hinges and hardware. We have a 30 inch vanity and it is a nice size to center over the space. The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three. This cabinet is just what I needed in the bathroom remodel it’s well made and the storage is perfect, the only issue is install it will be two pieces and a shim or thin board should be placed in the middle to it lines up correctly with no gap. These shelves helped tremendously in a small home with little storage space. After reading the supplied instructions and making a cardboard template tracing, the install went seamlessly!! The drywall cut is vey messy so be prepared and cover your belongings from the dust. We only were able to use screws on one side due to the other side being a metal stud, but it was no problem and the units are solid!! No knobs supplied or needed. Great solution to a bathroom remodel. Wall depth cabinet is a perfect medicine/storage space without having to buy an expensive medicine chest. Plenty of storage in two door model and small footprint are a big plus. The only downside is the quality of surface material. It’s a cheap laminate that dings easily, but we are pretty careful so not a huge problem. Attaching hardware caused a paint chip which I repaired with white out. For the size of this cabinet, 68” talI, I only received 7 glass shelves, there should of been 10 or maybe 12! Medicine bottles are usually much smaller to fill up this space.
