I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. I am super impressed with this. Installation was easy except the ducting part that took some work but once installed it works so well. On the lowest setting it’s barely noticeable yet still powerful. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
