Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This couch is a really nice shade of grey. Material is a great texture. Cushions are nice and thick. Legs were a challenge to put on. No predrilled holes. A drill will be much easier. Great couch however JW delivery company out of Springfield is a huge disappointment. They don’t schedule appointments they just text you a datetime and won’t answer their phone. Worst delivery company! However, the drivers were respectful and careful bringing in the furniture. Not sure where the damage occurred but will report it to Wayfair customer care.
