Product arrived pretty quickly and in perfect condition. Was exactly what I was expecting and will enhance my kitchen. Currently waiting for quartz countertop to be installed, so I cannot provide info about installation (needs to be professionally installed). The color is more of a gun metal, not black. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. We have not installed it yet, our contractor did a key scratch test on a section of it that would be hidden the under mount area and the black didn’t scratch off. Product delivered as described and looks good. The box did look damaged and retapped but the stuff inside seems to be fine. We are going to confirm we got everything when we install it.
