I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. Perfect for my needs. I ordered the blue and the color is as seen in the photos rather than the pop up swatch. The set I ordered came in 3 separate boxes. When I received them, 2 of the boxes were correct but the 3rd box which should have been the ottomans did not contain the proper items. I reached out to Wayfair and they were very responsive and put me in touch with the manufacturer who was also very responsive. I provided verification of the wrong item and they quickly shipped the ottomans. The product is packaged nicely and all parts and pieces are properly marked and easy to identify. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I’m in excess of 70 and put the set together myself although it did take me some time to get it done. Also, I found it easier to use my own tools to assemble everything. A ratchet works great when assembling the legs. Much easier than using the provided wrench. Most of the measurements of the items are as stated except for the seat height and cushion height. All the seat cushions are 3 1/4 inches instead of the stated 4 inches (measured after being unpackaged for at least a week) which made the seat height of the sofa, chairs an ottomans 17 1/4 inches instead of 18 inches. This seems to be a really great table. It is lightweight, but was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. The size is great, and could fit four chairs around it easily. The color is a cream with a rubbed bronzeaged finish. There is a hole in the middle for an umbrella, though I don’t think it would hold an umbrella without a sturdy umbrella stand underneath. This is a really heavy duty and robust storage shed. It takes a bit to put together, but that may have been because we were assembling it between a tree and our fence-line where there was just barely enough space for the shed. Overall, it was not bad to put together as the assembly process is pretty straightforward. The steel poles are very stout and strong. I really don't see the wind taking this shed anywhere, especially if you stake it down. Plenty of stakes and some concrete anchors are included. There are ratchet straps at all four corners. These straps help to tighten and cinch down the outer cover around the covers for the doors at each end. This aspect is a really nice design as it tightens the cover around the door openings to help keep out the elements. The cover material seems pretty robust and can be tightened down with a lot of tension, so even in heavy winds you won't get any flapping or movement of the cover. We bought this shed for garden tool and supply storage in our backyard. Overall, we have been really pleased with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine two years ago 25x12x11 14.5 ounce material. Set it up by myself no issues but I do own a tractor that helped -alot! This yr I added storage by using 2 x 6 x 12 PT across the last three supports and put a deck on them. I also used PT decking around the outside of the posts and boxed in the whole building making it even sturdier and keeping rodents out. I used 2x6x12 also across the rear door to make it far less likely for a breakin the front is visible to me. I added two tire racks on the back wall for my winter-summer tires. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern.
