Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look.
