I'm not truly sure what I was suppose to expect. This is my first juicer. So far I love that it is easy to use and clean. The juice I get taste better than any store purchased juice, and this is without additives. As far as cleaning, it is receivable. All parts can be cleaned but I do recommend u clean immediately..
