I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! I absolutely love everything about our new slide in range which we purchased in Dec 2025. We had a Samsung prior to the new one and enjoyed it but this one is supreme. In particular I love the light up dials when the burners are turned on. The oven camera is a novelty, but we rarely use it. The wi fi technology is a treat. We can activate the oven when away from the house and monitor and control cook modes, temps and cook times. The electronic display is super convenient and easy to use. I’ve read reviews that Samsung should have made the digital clock visible at all times. The wi fi feature must be on and the clock will display 24/7. It has a very modern sleek design and we are so pleased with it. The one minor complaint is the narrow grove on the front of the cook top is a very minor irritant to keep clean. It has a round silicone strip in it. You get used to in though. Overall we love this and purchased the extra warranty. Love the dials on and display on the front so much better than the back display models. Preheats super quick and temp is consistent. Would definitely purchase this again and highly recommend. Also love the alerts that come to my phone when burners are turned on, preheating done and cooking completed. I can also see if and burners have been left on when away from the house. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction.
