Upscale, well made, well finished (and well packaged upon arrival). Firm (maybe it will last longer?) but comfortable padding and the back has a little bit of spring to it. This is SO impressive!! I bought it to put on the wall in my home office in my FL condo, since I have British Colonial decor. The shading is gorgeous, nothing looks phony about it. It is definitely large enough to use on the floor if you want a real cowhide rug there.
