It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. This is probably the best Toto bidet toilet out there, I'm surprised it doesn't get enough advertisement. We have had probably 4 or 5 different bidet toilet between Kohler and Toto and this one definitely comes on top. It's the perfect size and the seat is comfortable. The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for. A high end home builder, we only use induction in our high performance all electric new houses. When we found Induction Hardware at the International Builder Show, we were impressed and gave them a chance in a model home. As people have tried it , everyone is extremely impressed with the quality of the induction cooktop on the range and the oven. The range is an immediately responsive induction top which has been compliant with all the cookware we have tried and also is very quiet. If you’ve ever cooked with induction you’ll recall the annoying buzz. IH does not have the buzz. And when you get to the oven it can go to dehydrate temps and even a wood fired pizza at 660.
