I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
