Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. This gun safe is just what I needed. It's not so heavy that I can't scoot it around. We did screw it to the wall so it's nice a secure, no one can get to the screws without opening the safe. The instruction booklet could definitely be improved. It took us a bit to figure out where the battery goes and how to get the keypad off. Until we got that off, we did not know where the key goes because it is not illustrated in the booklet. However, once you get the keypad off the key hole is in the middle. The locking mechanism seems very sturdy. I love the touchpad, both my husband and I were able to program our fingerprints. It does not state how many you can have so I'm not sure on that. These were nicer than expected. Much thicker than my original blades, which was part of a expensive ceiling fan I purchased when we built our house in 1997, which matched the original wood floors.
