The range of thickness is such a bonus, I love that it has a dial, Im shaving my roast beef but Im slicing my Turkey breast thicker for hot Turkey sandwiches! This slicer has cut through every single cut of meat that I have tried like it was butter! I work this slicer hard and it does not feel like it is struggling at all, the motor is fantastic. I was a little concerned about the amount of cleanup but this thing cleaned up in under 2 minutes. It arrived undamaged it took about 3 minutes to assemble, and the shipping was fast and free..
