We liked the first one of these so much we bought this second one. Unfortunately the installation was much harder as the thread hole for one of the 4 set screws wouldn't accept the screw. We had to run a tool in it to clear out the threads. So I knocked off one star. We've had our first one for over a year and it keeps our damp towels from souring. (We are on well water).
