Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. When we received the shower spa, there is a dent in the steel framing on the back side, luckily it isn't visible from the front (great customer service from wayfair as well). It doesn't impact the functionality at all. Once installed it truly does make your shower feel like a spa!! Water will splash absolutely everywhere with the body jets, but it's a really fun feature and super luxurious for a masterbathroom!
