I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
