This shower faucet set is AMAZING! It is heavy and made very well. My contractor who installed it for our bathroom remodel was very impressed by the quality and the ease of installation with some extra modification for the sprayer. Pay extra 50 to have it delivered into the house in room next to where I installed it. Well worth the extra money. Box had big hole but contents was fine. Unboxing showed just how well the product was designed. Insulation of packaging was second to none. Glass was heavy end 38”. Instructions in box was somewhat different from the video but manageable. Used templates provided and spent considerable time measuring and remeasuring to insure alignments before drilling holes into tiles walls and flooring. Amazed that it all worked out as planned. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. When we received the shower spa, there is a dent in the steel framing on the back side, luckily it isn't visible from the front (great customer service from wayfair as well). It doesn't impact the functionality at all. Once installed it truly does make your shower feel like a spa!! Water will splash absolutely everywhere with the body jets, but it's a really fun feature and super luxurious for a masterbathroom!
