The product is a decorative cap intended to be used with fence posts. With a simple installation, this post is perfect for the average DIYer.

Easy set up. Not too bright but it is designed to be decorative and not supply walkway lighting so that is ok. Battery lasts pretty long into the night. No warranty information came with the box, or instructions either. I had to reach out to the manufacturer for them as Wayfair was not really helpful. I will be using these indoors. Having them wired to plug into a normal socket and drilling a small hole in the bottom of each so the plug will not keep it from standing flush on the floor. With that I will be drilling them into the floor to be sure they will not fall over. If I decide to move them, some wood puddy and polish will do the trick. My only issue with the actual order was that some screws were missing. I did put in for them to be replaced and I received parts for a different item. I will just have to run to a supply store..
