Update 524 Contacted Wayfair the day I found my dented bottom piece. They got me in touch with Monument Grills the same day through their support. Monument Grills shipped out a new replacement base plate and I received it today. Excellent customer service. Changed my review from one star to 4. Would of made it a 5 if I didnt have to go through having to contact Support in the first place. Used the grill a few times now. Cooks great. Came dented. I read numerous reviews stating theirs were dented. I decided to roll the dice. No luck. My dent was on the side of the lower base plate. It affected the uniform shape of the grill. Really had to tighten screws to get things to go. The right door just falls off when I open it because the lower peg is slightly unaligned. Hopefully I can contact someone and get this replaced. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools. I recently purchased the Brand-man 4 Burner propane grill with the 8500 BTU infrared Sear side burner, and I am beyond impressed. From the moment I set it up it was clear this grill was designed with quality and convenience in mind. The cabinet style design not only looks professional but it also provides good storage space for propane tanks and grilling tools keeping everything nice and neat. The 4 main burners heat up quickly which makes it easy to cook a meal for family and friends with no cold spots. The cooking area is spacious enough to handle multiple burgers, steaks, and a full rack of ribs all at once. My favorite feature of this grill is the infrared sear side burner. Assembly was fairly easy, just over 2 hours. Start up is a breeze with the push button lighting i love grilling and this Coleman Revolution grill is by far the best grill we have had the grates are higher in the back so the grease spills into the cup for easy cleanup. It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach.
