This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. Really great grill set up. I added the side burner pizza oven, griddle, charcoal pan, cover separately. The grill itself puts out great heat, the side burner gives a nice sear. The drawers and side cabinet are nice, just wish the drawers opened a little more to fit the pizza oven in or the side cabinet shelves were positioned a little lower to fit the pizza oven on the top shelf. I have to store it separately because of that. If it rains, water does get into the drawers, so I definitely recommend a cover. The pizza oven for the side burner is pretty small, it does not fit a 12 inch pizza peel. Not much more than building a large cat tree or large entertainment center. Directions says 3 people needed to build. That refers to those who do not know the difference between a man and a women. One MAN can put together by themselves. Took 8.5 hours to build. I would advise a different order to build. First build the doors, then the roof, then the base. After that start to build the shed.
