My son has enjoyed this bed for a few years now. He's got maybe another two in it before we'll change beds again, but it's been handy to have everything built in. I will say that it's relatively easy to take apart and put back together. Some of the hardware has started to have some issues like the drawer slides starting to catch a bit but my son has crammed the drawers full of stuff and then shoved them closed. It’s perfect for me. I assembled it myself and it was pretty easy, took about three hours. If you’re getting it delivered be careful the edges of some of the pieces were scuffed and chipped, doesn’t bother me but could bother lots of people. Also the boxes are heavy!! This is to be expected but just keep it in mind. Supports me well. But be wary that the shelf is nice but your pillow will slide into it if you’re a rough sleeper haha, I banged my head on it the first few nights. Love the look of this bed. Storage is great. It is very sturdy and the materials were better than I expected. It is tedious to put together so just grab your drill and a good dose of patience. But it did come together nicely (after about two hours and some cursing). The end result is just what we wanted.
