I’ve ordered two sets in different patterns and they do help muffle some sound, especially the sound from my office to the outside, which is helpful for client privacy. My office is located in a busy sports club and close to the locker rooms so these aren’t completely correcting the problem of outside noise, but I anticipate for most other situations they would greatly reduce it. This thing is extremely deceptive... what I mean is. It's size does not match its weight. The thing is seriously light. Which lends itself to quality issues. The BT option works but will cycle on a loop of connecting if you leave the BT connection screen open. At least that was my experience. Now, the sound is low end PA (high treble) quality sound. The bass is minimal but there. The pre selected equalizer settings are basically useless. The thing is loud, and it is clear all the way into the upper end of the volume. Now I don't know if it is 3k watts of power as advertised. On the box RMS is 10watts. But this world seems confidant with fuzzy math's. I afterall 3000 is way bigger than 10. For the money.
