Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode. 2. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone.
