I love how solid and sturdy the crate is. The wood does have a lot of very large knotholes on every side (not shown in the photos) but my main complaint is that I ordered the color “white” but when the item arrived it had no stain of any kind—it’s raw wood. I was expecting “white” to mean that a whitewashed or “pickled” stain was used instead of a dark finish like the other 2 options offered. These black woven containers with the hinged lids are super nice, well made & attractive! They’re all a fairly large in size, they can hold quite a bit tho they nest inside of each other! These crates are made of real solid reclaimed wood. Created for store displays, these are also a great fit for your home or restaurant. These make great storage bins, stackable shelving, etc. The variable sizes allow for maximum flexibility when designing your space. This ships flat in a box. 5 panels attach with the included screws to make a very durable, yet stylish crate.

Assembly could have gone smoother. My drill was too big, my screw driver was too big. Some holes werent pre drilled and yet, by time I put it together (which I didnt realize I was going to have to do) I absolutely loved it.
