It took a lot of tightening to get the arm to not slowly go down from the weight of the monitors, but it finally got there and I'm really happy with this product! I wish the monitors were able to flex in and out instead of just up and down, but the number of pivot points in this whole contraption is sufficient. I bought this stand to use with an iPad in a museum setting. I was very disappointed with the iPad holder itself.
