The idea of a picture frame that can store 100,000 photos sounds impressive, but the process of uploading photos is extremely inconvenient. To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item. The back door is hard to open without the key in the lock to be able to pull it open. It should probably have a small handle, slot or push button to make it easier. We don't keep our locked. Bought this to mount a PC that I can pull up to a chair, I made some adaptations. I flipped the part for the PC tower to the front, connected the keyboard holder instead, and removed the upper one for the keyboard.
