I love this curtain so much. I was looking for something I could hang above a window mounted A/C unit and this was just perfect. You do have to fuss with the bow ties to arrange attractively. The seams are messily sewn, with lots of loose threads. I also think the weight of the curtain "Unties" them after some time. Slightly longer ribbons would have allowed for more hanging height options and a prettier bow tie but even with the challenges its still the best man for the job. I wasn't sure what to expect with these. But I was so happy I ordered them. I am tearing out the bathtub and putting in a walk-in shower. I am the person who loves to have everything here when it's time. I wanted curtains not a shower door. The bathroom is so small in my studio condo. These curtains should work perfect. They are long. But my son is 6'5" and we need the shower up high. The curtains are sheer. But it takes a lot of staring to actually see much behind the curtains. The material is not soft, it's sturdy. The curtains have a greyish tint to the blue. Perfect for the mosaic tiles for the floor. I will eventually add black tension rods and a white shower curtain behind these.. Shelley. Yuma, AZ.
