Wow, this is a beautiful lantern. Arrived very securely packaged. I found the same item on another (much more expensive) website before I found the exact same thing here at a substantially better price (kicking myself over that one). This lantern is just beautiful in both day and night environments, but especially at night, when the colors reflect on the surface the lantern is sitting on. The solar bulb is bright, allowing for the beautiful reflective design. The thickness of the glass is substantial -- it doesn't feel like it will break easily. The blue color is very pretty hanging in my garden. I charged for 1 day with sun before turning it on and it lasted all night long. In the dark it looks pretty cool, almost like a blue flying saucer hovering in the yard. It hangs nicely from one of my shepherds hooks but could definitely be hung on a trees branch as well. It comes with a battery that can be changed when it runs out of juice. Be sure to pull out the plastic tan as well.
