The chairs look fine but beware of the lead time. These chairs were supposed to arrive on July 10th for a project being installed on August 1. The delivery date was pushed back multiple times, and we did not end up receiving the chairs until August 2. They were transferred through a freight company that never gave us any updates which lead to us having to be on the phone with Wayfair customer service adding up to multiple hours.. Jared. Recently, when my neighbor’s due date was approaching, she was worried because she hadn’t yet bought most of the furniture and baby essentials. I told her that, in the beginning, you actually need very little a bassinet, a stroller, and above all, a swivel chair. I said it would be the one true lifesaver and game changer. I’m writing this review now, two and a half years after giving birth and purchasing this chair, and I can honestly say it has been the single most valuable item in our home.
