DON'T do what I did (assembled the posts and beams upside down and flipped it over). Ripped bolt anchors, bent metal, lots of cursing. All fixable but not a good time. - The instructions only include pictures and there were more than a couple times I interpreted them incorrectly . I ended up having to remove and re-install parts after having that "ah-hah" moment . Not the end of the world but it adds time. - Nuts and bolts are made of soft metal. You WILL have lots of stripped bolts if you use a power drill ( a must if you want to speed things up) and are not super careful. Good news is Sojag provides lots of extra parts. But... - Having so many extra parts means you'll constantly second guess whether your missing something; especially since there are holes that don't need anything. UPDATE: the gazebo only leaked that first time the day after it was built. I think the roof panels were a bit warped from shipping and straightened out over time. Now it doesn’t leak at all and is exactly what I hoped for. Very disappointed. It was delivered 10 days late and leaks. Easy to put together and looks gorgeous but leaks everywhere when it rains. It is on a flat surface and was installed correctly. I plan on getting rubber gaskets to put the screws in that attach the roof pieces and hopefully that helps.
