I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. Sometimes it falls over when I tug it, or gets tangled in its cord--and its cord could be longer, and it has a tough time with the thick shag carpet in the bedroom, but, this vacuum has agility and willingly moves forward, quietly sucking up the stuff. The wand is long and easy to use. Vacuuming furniture is a joy, its a pretty machine. Ive never sent so much on a vacuum, but Ive wanted a Miele canister for ages.
