You need to allow the back and bottom cushions at least 24 hours to inflate fully. Even then they look a bit messy. Left side in photo is after 48 hours. Had to add extra stuffing to back pillows. This couch is very comfortable, sturdy and feels well made. The color is a little darker than what’s shown in the pictures, but it still looks great. It arrived very well packed and protected. Assembly was super easy — I did it by myself in about 30 minutes.
